Dear Members,

In response to concerns around limiting the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), and according to the latest instruction from Ramallah Municipality and Governors office. And after assessing the rapidly changing situation. 

We are going to be Temporary Closed, for the next (14 Days), to ensure the health and safety of our members and staff.

Closure period starts on March 23rd – April 7th.

  • If I could commute, can I still access the facility?
    No. The facility will be completely closed during this period. No exceptions.

 

  • I left my stuff at the office, can I still get it?
    Yes. Communicate with your community manager for details, and we will arrange a delivery at your expense to an address of your choice.

 

  • Can membership plans be paused during the closure period?
    There is no need to pause your membership plans. As its our top priority to stand with our members during these challenging times. The closure time period will be discounted from any future membership fee’s. However, not all membership plans are eligible for such discount, as plans vary in nature. To make sure your membership is eligible, contact your community manager for more information.

 

  • Is it possible to currently upgrade, downgrade or cancel my membership plans?
    Sure. Our online membership management tools are available to do that. Login with your details here, and follow the instructions. Please note, that membership cancellation is subject to our terms and conditions regarding the cancellation notice period.
