Why do I have to verify my identity?

As part of complying with Local Laws, we are required to verify the identity of customers requesting Virtual Office Services before such services can be provided.

In the fast-moving digital world, we are also required to complete a level of KYC (Know Your Customer) due to the type of service we offer.

How to verify?

Choose an account type and follow the instructions below.

  • Required Documents - (Owner, Partner, or Director)

    Upload the documents for at least one Owner, Partner or Director as described below.
  • Upload one of the following: ➤ Passport (min 3 months until expiry) ➤ ID Card (Palestinian residents only) ➤ Drivers License (min 3 months until expiry)

                  • Your Virtual Office service, cannot be approved without the required documentation uploaded successfully.
                  • Uploaded documents will go through a Verification Process to make sure they are fit to be used for the purpose of proofing your identity.
