What is Wi-Fi Check-In?

It’s a Wi-Fi-based technology developed to boost your membership management abilities and access to amenities for you and your team, only by connecting to any of the available SIDEKICK networks.

Get your devices connected to the internet simply by signing in to your account once on each device. Without the need for any additional approval process.

Protect your devices by a secure firewall system while connected to any of SIDEKICK networks. No matter what your device is, you can rest assured you are surfing the internet protected from any network-based threats, all the time, every time.

 

Better Usage Metering

Enjoy the ability to monitor your membership usage right from your SIDEKICK account. Where you can view the remaining Day-Passes (for Flex Memberships), the time spent in the office, and what devices are used on each day of the month. Giving you the opportunity to find out what membership plan suits you the best and whether you need an up or downgrade.

 

Additional Privacy

Keep your device information private while surfing the internet on any of SIDEKICK networks. This will stop sites and service providers from tracking your hardware information, such as FACEBOOK, Instagram, Google, etc. This will also give you the opportunity to use any VPN service you like without compromising your internet connection.

 

Wi-Fi Visitor Registration

Yet another way to register your Visitors and grant them internet access on the same page using your membership email.

How to use it?

-For Members
Active members can get connected by following the steps below:

 

1- Select the Wi-Fi with the SSID named SIDEKICK-Members.

2- Give few seconds for the “Check-In Screen” to show.

3- Insert your membership Email & Password in the corresponding fields.

4- Click the Check-In button.

You will be redirected to the success page to indicate you are connected.

 

IMPORTANT:

*Forgot your password? No problem, you can order a password reset here.

*You are considered Checked-In immediately after connecting to the Wi-Fi network.

*Day-Passes are used with every successful Check-In.

*If your device MAC address is not changed, you will not be required to enter your membership credentials again on the same device.

-For Visitors
Visitors can get free internet access once registered by their host. Follow the instructions below to register your visitors:

 

1- Select the Wi-Fi with the SSID named “SIDEKICK-Visitors”.

2- Give few seconds for the “Check-In Screen” to show.

3- Insert your visitor details of Name, Phone & Email, then provide your membership email for approval.

4- Click the Register button.

5- Check your Email inbox for a message from team@sidekick.ps titled “You’ve got a Visitor!”

6- Open the message and click the “Approve Request” Button.

Your visitor will be redirected to the success page to indicate you are connected.

 

IMPORTANT:

*Visitor’s access is limited to 3 hours per day. Past this limit, members are required to purchase a Day-Pass for their visitors. Please refer to the Visitors Policy for more information.

-For Bookings
Attendees of meeting room bookings can be connected by following the instructions below:

 

1- Select the Wi-Fi with the SSID named “SIDEKICK-Bookings”.

2- Give a few seconds for the “Check-In Screen” to show.

3- Insert your guest details followed by the “VOUCHER CODE” provided in the corresponding fields.

4- Click the Connect button.

Guests will be redirected to the success page to indicate they are connected.

 

IMPORTANT:

*Booking vouchers can be requested at the Front Desk.
